Your business, in your customers' pockets.
Whatever your business, I'll build it its own app with your name on it: on the App Store and Google Play, or a web app that opens straight from a link. Your customers book, order and come back in a couple of taps, and you can reach every one of them whenever you like.
Book a Free CallNo upfront cost. One monthly plan covers building it, putting it live and looking after it. 12-month minimum.
How it works, in plain English
What your customers get
An app with your name and logo: from the App Store or Google Play, or a web app they open from a link with nothing to download. They book, order, collect rewards and hear your news, without phoning you or searching for you.
What you pay
Nothing upfront. Then one monthly plan that covers it all: building the app, getting it onto both app stores or the web, and looking after it. The minimum is 12 months, then it's month to month.
What you never deal with
Hosting, updates, bugs, app store reviews, or a developer's bill every time you want a change. I handle all of it, and if it's on the App Store and Google Play, I pay their developer fees.
What would your app do?
Pick the closest to your business, or "Something else", give it your name, then tap around the phone.

What your app does for a café
- Regulars order ahead and skip the queue. Their usual is saved, so it's two taps.
- A stamp card on their phone, not a paper one that ends up in the wash.
- A quiet afternoon? Send everyone an offer in one tap.
- Gift cards they can buy at midnight and text to their mum.
- Change the menu and the specials yourself, from your phone.
What your app does for a takeaway
- Regulars order straight from you, not through a delivery app.
- Their favourites are saved, so the Friday order takes seconds.
- A reward every tenth order keeps them coming back to you.
- Tell every customer about tonight's special in one tap.
- Orders through your own app don't go through Just Eat, Deliveroo or Uber Eats, so there's no platform commission on them.
What your app does for a barber
- Clients book themselves, any time, without a call or a DM.
- A deposit when they book, so a no-show doesn't cost you a whole slot.
- Reminders go out on their own before every appointment.
- A gap in the diary? Tell your regulars in one tap.
- A cut card that brings them back to you, not the place down the road.
What your app does for a salon
- Clients book the treatment and the person they want, day or night.
- Deposits taken when they book, so no-shows cost you less.
- Reminders go out for you before every appointment.
- Launch a new treatment and every client hears about it.
- Gift cards, and a visit card that rewards your regulars.
What your app does for a gym
- Members book classes and see how many spaces are left.
- Waiting lists that fill a space as soon as someone cancels.
- Streaks and rewards that keep people turning up.
- A class moves or a coach is off? Everyone knows in one tap.
- PT sessions booked and paid for in the app.
What your app does for a shop
- Customers see new stock the day it lands.
- They reserve it in the app and collect it in store.
- Stamps or points for every visit.
- Late opening or a sale? Everyone knows in one tap.
- Gift cards for every birthday.
What your app does for any business
- Customers book, order or get in touch from their phone, without a call.
- Everything they need in one place: prices, opening hours, updates, their bookings.
- Reminders go out on their own, so fewer people forget.
- Tell every customer about something new in one tap.
- A reason to come back: a loyalty card, gift cards or members-only offers.
Drawn for this page with an invented business and invented customers. Your app is designed around your business, with your name, logo and colours.
A week with your own app
A café's week, invented to show how it fits. It works the same way for a barber, a gym, a clinic or a garage.
-
Monday, 08:10
Sarah orders her flat white on the bus. It's on the counter when she walks in, and she's out in thirty seconds.
-
Wednesday, 14:30
The afternoon's dead. You send "half-price cakes till four" from your phone, and everyone with the app sees it.
-
Friday, 11:00
Tom gets his tenth stamp, so his coffee's on the house. No paper card lost in the wash.
-
Saturday, 23:40
Someone buys a gift card for their mum's birthday, long after you've locked up.
-
Sunday, 19:00
You add the new bake to the menu from the sofa. It's in the app straight away.
From a call to your own app, in four steps
The technical side is mine. You tell me how your business runs, try the app and tell me what to change.
-
A free call
You tell me how customers order or book with you now. I tell you honestly whether an app would help, and which plan would suit you.
-
I design and build it
Your name, your logo, your colours, built around how your business runs. You try it on your own phone before any customer sees it.
-
It goes live
As a web app at your own address, ready to share as a link or a QR code, or on the App Store and Google Play from your business's own accounts, so it's listed in your name. I do the forms, the screenshots and the reviews.
-
I look after it
Updates, fixes and changes are part of the plan, for as long as you have it. You get on with running the business.
Is this for you?
Any business with customers can have its own app. It earns its keep by bringing the customers you've got back more often.
This is for you if
- ✓ You have customers who'd come back more if it was easier
- ✓ Bookings, orders or questions come in by phone, DM or email
- ✓ You'd like to reach your customers without relying on an Instagram post
- ✓ You want something that's yours, with your name on it
- ✓ You'd rather not deal with the technical side
Not for you if
- ✗ You're after a one-off website rather than an app
- ✗ You won't tell your customers the app is there
- ✗ You'd rather own and run the code yourself
- ✗ You want the cheapest option over one that's looked after
Who's behind this
I'm Euan Grant, and Autora Systems is my company. I build every app myself, in Kilmarnock, with a team of AI assistants I've set up to keep on top of everything around it. Here's how that works.
See the app I built for a local shop. And if an app won't help your business, I'll tell you.
Questions businesses usually ask
Do I need to be technical?
No. You tell me how your business runs and what you'd like customers to be able to do. I handle the technical side, and the app is simple enough to run from your phone.
Is it really my app?
Yes. A web app sits at your own address; on the App Store and Google Play it's listed under your business's name, from accounts in your name. The code and the server behind it stay mine, licensed to you while you're on the plan.
How much does it cost?
Nothing upfront, then one monthly plan. There are two plans, and which one costs you less depends on how you take payments, so I go through both on the call and put it in writing before you agree to anything. The minimum is 12 months.
How long does it take?
I'll give you a date on our call. A web app is quickest. For the App Store and Google Play, most of the wait is usually Apple and Google checking your business's accounts, which can take a few weeks.
Your regulars already have their phones out.
Tell me about your business and we'll book a free call. No cost, no obligation, and you'll hear back from me within a few days. If an app isn't right for your business, I'll tell you straight.
